Application and Evaluation Process
Our application process is very thorough. First, we want to ensure you are a good candidate medically to be a surrogate. We will obtain and review your medical records and history. Second, we want to learn about you and how you envision your surrogacy journey. This will help us match you with intended parents who share your vision.
Getting Started
First, we will ask you to provide some information so we can do an initial eligibility review. We will contact you within 24 hours about the next steps. Next, we will ask you to complete a more detailed questionnaire. We will contact you within 48 hours of received it back to discuss the next steps.
Initial Review
After we review your detailed questionnaire, we will help you obtain relevant medical records so we can confirm you are a good candidate medically to be a surrogate. We will complete a background check and review your health insurance to see if it covers surrogate pregnancy .
Final Review
Now you are ready to find a match! Your intended parents’ fertility clinic will complete initial screenings by phone and then will have you and your partner (if you have one) travel there for a final appointment to check your uterus, complete blood work and perform psychological screenings.
